Massage

Massage is known for its ability to heal, restore, and soothe. Our trained professionals only need a few minutes of consultation to learn of your specific body aches and pains. They will spend the next hour relieving that tension, soothing your body’s stress, and helping you unwind and relax.

Roaring Fork Signature Massage – 50 Minutes

As Colorado’s all-inclusive resort with its own spa, we offer a signature massage like no other. This special massage is a customizable experience tailored to your specific needs. We blend Swedish and deep tissue techniques to deliver a firm and nurturing massage that leaves you with relaxed muscles.

CBD Massage Experience – 50 Minutes

This massage is performed with top-quality CBD lotion from a local shop in Steamboat Springs, Lost Range. Do note that this lotion includes CBD, not THC. CBD is known for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving qualities. Therefore, the massage will leave you feeling more relaxed than you’ve ever felt before. This massage is followed by soothing tea with CBD honey to continue the relaxation benefits after your treatment.

Hot Stone Massage – 50 Minutes

Hot Stone massage therapy involves the placement of heated or cooled stones on the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation, and therapy. This treatment beautifully combines stonework with nurturing hands that will soothe tired muscles and calm your being.

Deep Tissue Massage – 50 Minutes

Reduce tension or treat strains with a massage that will target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This massage is more of a targeted treatment to relieve knotted muscles and tension. Your therapist is highly trained and can use extra tools to help achieve this, such as cupping and Rolfing.

Sports Massage – 50 Minutes

This massage is specifically tailored for athletes and guests who are very active. Whether you are training for a marathon or Ironman Triathlon, or you are simply working out hard, this treatment increases flexibility and muscle function while also relaxing and toning your muscles.

Pre-Natal Massage – 50 Minutes

This massage is ideally suited for the specific needs of a pregnant woman. Our therapists are trained to ensure the safety and comfort of mother and baby during this massage, and our spa has the perfect pregnancy pillows needed for your ultimate comfort.

Foot Reflexology – 25 Minutes

More than 7,000 nerve endings can be found in the soles of the feet, and each corresponds with the organs and systems of the body. Experience a stimulating reflexology massage on your feet, relaxing your entire being.

Scalp Treatment – 25 Minutes

Our team member will massage a peppermint-infused cream through your scalp and hair during this treatment. This treatment also includes a deep and thorough scalp massage, infusing the products into your hair for ultra hydration and leaving you completely relaxed.

Renew & Relax Through Reflexology – 50 Minutes

Reflexology dates back to ancient Egypt. It was known for its ability to help the body balance itself. This treatment is specifically for someone who doesn’t want a full body massage, as the areas of focus are solely your scalp, hands, and feet.

Winter Warm Up – 50 Minutes

In this unique treatment, your therapist will exfoliate the spots you often use and abuse or areas that never quite get enough love. Your hands, feet, and scalp will get the exfoliation, attention, and hydration they desperately need to keep doing all the work you demand of them.

Roaring Fork Customized Body Scrub – 80 Minutes

This luxurious treatment combines a series of services, including total body exfoliation, hydrating scalp treatment, nourishing treatment for the feet, and a full 50-minute massage. You’ll be sure to leave feeling silky smooth and completely relaxed.

Every facial at Three Forks Ranch includes a skin analysis, exfoliation, steam, extractions if needed, facial massage, mask, and massage of the shoulders, arms, and hands. Your comfort is our ultimate goal, and we make sure your time with us is soothing and relaxing, and your skin is healthy and glowing when you leave.

Achieve smooth, flawless, and hydrated skin with our Retinol Plus Facial. This service is unique, as it uses high retinol concentration and advanced skin rejuvenation technologies for immediate benefits.

Sink into a slower rhythm with this luxurious facial combined with a body wrap, hydrating scalp treatment, and foot massage. To begin, you will receive a full body dry brushing, and then you will be wrapped in our hydrating and contouring gel. As the gel sits on your skin, your facial begins. This treatment is specifically designed for dehydrated skin or skin that feels or looks sensitive. It’s also a good facial if your skin is dry due to a full day of travel or due to adjustments to the area’s high altitude and drier climate.

We offer a facial designed specifically for men’s unique skincare concerns. This treatment includes deep exfoliation, extractions, facial massage, and a customized soothing mask. Come freshly shaved for optimal results, but your Esthetician can easily work around facial hair as well.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique used to help remove superficial toxins in the skin and aid in the reduction of inflammation. This massage can help with sinus congestion due to colds or elevation changes and can even help with breakouts.

Detox Desert Wrap – 50 Minutes

This treatment begins with a full body dry brushing, then warm mud is applied to the skin, and you are wrapped, allowing the mud to pull toxins from the skin. While you are wrapped, enjoy a scalp and foot treatment. The treatment ends with the application of an exceptionally hydrating lotion to the body.

Re-Mineralizing Body Wrap – 50 Minutes

This hydrating body treatment combines the powers of marine therapy and aromatherapy to leave your skin feeling silky and the body calmly re-energized. Start with a full body dry brushing, then relax in a whole-body wrap — that adds nutrients and minerals to your skin — while your scalp and feet are given the attention they deserve. This treatment ends with a hydrating lotion application.

Gentle Body Scrub – 50 Minutes

In this delightful body scrub, a natural exfoliant that gently buffs the skin will leave your skin feeling fresh and renewed. Then, an ultra-hydrating moisturizer with glasswort oil is applied, which creates a shield to block moisture loss. Your skin will look and feel fresh and healthy.

Contour Sculpting Wrap – 50 Minutes

After your therapist performs a dry brushing, they will apply and massage in a highly effective active gel wrap. This treatment helps in firming the skin and tightening tissues while combating skin slackening.
