Are you really all-inclusive?

Here at Three Forks, we are truly one of the only All-Inclusive Resorts. This means that your per person per night rate covers all lodging, meals, House alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, spa, and wellness services, cooking and fitness classes, guided recreation, and gratuity. The only things that are not included in our rates are gift shop purchases and premium wine and liquor purchases.

Are families and children welcome?

Yes, children 12 and above are always welcome. Children under 12 are welcome during Kids Week, the 1st-8th of October & ALL Winter long.

Children from the ages of infant – 3 years’ old are Free, children 4-12 years old are $995.00/kids/night and all children 13 years of age and older are at the regular rates.

It is important to note that we do not provide any form of childcare, you are welcome to bring a Nanny with you. If you do bring a nanny and they are not planning on recreating they can be at an à la carte rate of $1,195/nanny/night – if they are intending on recreating, they will be at our normal All-Inclusive rates.

Please note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while recreating (this age is subject to change depending on the activity and is at the discretion of our recreation directors). All Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all Spa services.

How many Spa Treatments can we have during our stay?

Our spa is one of our busiest aspects of things here at Three Forks, so we try to ensure that all guests have equal access to Spa treatments. For 3-Night stays guests are allowed to pre-book 2 spa services (facial, massage, scrub, or wrap). All 4-Night stays are allowed to pre-book up to 3 spa services and 7-Night stays may pre-book up to 5 spa services.

With that being said, other appointments may be added based on availability once guest are on property. We will always work with our guests to accommodate additional requests and you are not required to pre-book, but we highly recommend you do so in order to get the appointments that you are interested in. Treatments are per person and may not be traded or shared.

I am interested in skiing, what do I need to know?

Three Forks has our own private ski mountain with 1,000 skiable vertical feet. We have multiple cut runs, tree skiing and a beginners bowl. We accommodate all levels of experience to ensure you have the perfect day on the slopes.

We help facilitate rental gear through a store in Steamboat Springs and will send out rental information ahead of arrival for our guests to be set up for success.

What is the best time to come fishing?

All winter long we are able to Ice-Fish. For fly-fishing from the months of April -June we are able to fly-fish our ponds across the ranch. From June-August we typically are able to fly-fish the river, and in the later months of the fall we are able to fish a combination of the river and ponds.

It is important to understand that conservation and preservation are two of our core values so we will only permit fishing where and when we feel is the safest for the longevity of both the fish and the bodies of water that they live in.

Where are you located and how can I get to you?

40-miles North of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The closest airports to fly into are the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN), Atlantic Airport at Hayden (ATL), and the Dixon Wyoming Airport (DIX).

I’m interested in hunting, how can I book a trip?

Our HUNT operation runs off of a waitlist – if you are interested in being added you can reach out to Our program runs off a first right of refusal so all current guests have first access to tags each year and the state ultimately dictates the total number of tags we can sell each year.
