Improves muscle strength

TRX, a specialized type of suspension training, has become very popular recently for good reason. It uses gravity and the person’s own body weight to complete the exercises. In this way, it is both simple and holistic. TRX is very efficient at burning calories, improving muscle and core strength, as well as reducing blood pressure over time.

It’s both dynamic and effective. Surprise yourself by giving it a go!

Yoga Nidra

A great way to reduce stress, Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that can be easily integrated into your day-to-day life. Ease into physical healing and self-exploration through yogic sleep.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga works with gravity to relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. Guests execute moves while suspended in air, about 3 feet above the floor, as they're secured inside long, silk fabric slings (also known as "hammocks") suspended from the ceiling. We recommend wearing sleeved shirts to aerial classes.

Warm-Up or Restorative Yoga

Ease into wakefulness with Warm Up Your Day Yoga in the mornings, enjoy activities all day, or return in the late afternoon for Restorative Yoga which will help calm the mind and rejuvenate your muscles.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Connect with your breath as you flow from one pose to another. This practice builds heat and uses the breath to anchor you to the present moment. Classes can be tailored for all levels.

Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. It offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility, and flexibility.

Matte Pilates

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Its emphasis is on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations.
