Electrocardiogram with Artificial Intelligence Analysis

An Electrocardiogram (also called ECG or EKG) records the electrical signals in the heart. Mayo Clinic ECG interpretation includes a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence program. The AI ECG can predict risk of:

  • Heart Failure
  • Heart Issues
  • Enlarged Heart
  • Biological Age
  • Heart Valve Issues
  • Liver Cirrhosis

DEXA Body Composition Scan

Bone Density scan can predict risk for osteoporosis. Body Composition can measure the body fat percentage as well as allows the ability to see fat distribution through the body which can predict risk for developing diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Strength Testing

Upper body, lower body, and hand grip strength are direct indicators of healthy aging. Once tested, we provide appropriate goals to increase muscular strength and endurance.

Cardiovascular Fitness Test

The cardiovascular fitness test predicts VO max, the maximum amount of oxygen the body utilizes during cardiovascular exercise. This test is a key performance indicator and important in creating an individualized cardiovascular training plan.

Gait Speed Assessment

Gait speed is used to evaluate both current and future health status, as well as frailty risk.

Balance Assessment

A balance assessment is a tool to help predict the risk of falling and allows the development of a personalized program to reduce the risk.

Sit-to-Stand Test

Measures lower limb muscular strength to assess current baselines and provide feedback for improvement.

Blood Pressure Analysis

Knowing your blood pressure and treating it if high will lower your risk for developing heart disease, heart attack, stroke, metabolic syndrome, and dementia.

Prediction of Cognitive Decline

A series of questionnaires which predict the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Based on screening results, appropriate medical referrals are made.

Sleep Disorder Screening

A series of questionnaires designed to predict your risk of a sleep disorder. Based on the results, an appropriate referral to the Mayo Clinic Sleep Medicine Department will be made, as needed.

Blood Lipid, Glucose and Hemoglobin A1C Testing

A finger stick or venous blood draw is used to determine a full lipid panel and fasting glucose levels.

Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs)

Fluorescence technology scans your forearm to measure the AGEs in your blood. AGEs play a key role in predicting future disease risk.

Mobility Assessment

Assesses elements of your functional movement, including strength, posture, balance, core stability, and mobility.
