Skiing

Cross-country skiing is a unique variant of skiing in which the front of the ski boot is fixed to the bindings of cross country skis, but the heel is left free to move. In this way, the skier uses their own locomotion to move through snowy terrains, without relying on lifts and other assistance. It is a full body and intensive workout, combined with the freedom to make your own pathways through the mountain terrain. As it is a continuous exercise, your elevated heart rate is maintained, improving the heart’s capacity to pump blood efficiently and effectively. A mix of adrenaline, focus and freedom, it’s a wonderful winter activity to be enjoyed by everyone.
