| The Middle Fork Lounge The Middle Fork Lounge continues to be a favorite meeting place at the end of an exciting day at Three Forks. Hand Carved American Cherry walls exudes an atmosphere of relaxation. The perfect place to enjoy the libation of your choice and tell lies about the fish you caught. Unmistakenly overwhelming in this room is the 17'x7' oil painting by the great western artist Wayne Cooper. Encompassing the entire wall behind the bar, this mural depicts how life might have been in the early 1800's. The Ute Indian village setting in the river bottom next to the Middle Fork of The Little Snake River accurately depicts how the original inhabitants of this land prepared for a raid on neighboring tribes or white settlers. If you look closely, all of the major mountain peaks within the ranch can be identified in this epic work of art. |
