Duncan Draper

Duncan grew up in Lower Alabama. He has lived in Colorado since 1985 and has fished all over the United States. Duncan's quick wit along with his southern drawl make him a pleasure to fish with. In his time off, Duncan enjoys spending time with his kids and family. In the winter, Duncan can be found helping skiers as part of the Steamboat Springs ski patrol.

Dave Clements

Originally from Tennessee, Dave now lives in Clark, Colorado. His passion for the great outdoors led him West to Colorado 14 years ago and he has been here ever since. Dave is truly a student of the fly fishing game, his vast knowledge of trout, insects, water, equipment and technique make him an excellent person to spend a day with on the water. In the fall you'll find Dave guiding hunts here at the ranch and with the first snow, you'll find him on the slopes in Steamboat.

Brian LePage

Brian has been fly-fishing since he was three years old. Raised in Maine and Vermont, he literally grew up on the Battenkill and has traveled the world perfecting his trade. Brian has been guiding professionally from the age of thirteen. His favorite fishing partner has always been his dad and the two of them have quite honestly helped shape the course of the sport of fly-fishing. Come the end of fishing season Brian morphs into one of our top hunting guides here at Three Forks.

Kelly Fender

Three Forks welcomes Kelly back for his third season as a fishing guide. A born and raised Colorado boy, Kelly began fishing and hunting with his father at a very young age. His home river is the Gunnison, which any angler will tell you is quite a challenge to fish. In the fall, Kelly, like many of our guides, puts on his camouflage and helps our hunting guests find their big bull, elusive mule or speedy antelope.

Gary Osteen

Gary has been fishing in the Yampa Valley since he moved here 20 years ago. Gary is always more than willing to help a guest or another staff member, no matter what the problem may be. When he's away from water, which doesn't sound like it's often, Gary coaches the winter biathlon team for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.
