Beamed cathedral ceilings, exquisitely hand-carved European paneling, Chinese porcelain, and original western art, truly provide a unique dining ambiance. Our chef and his superbly trained staff offer a five star dining experience. The menu choices range from Rosemary Smoked Ribeye, Roasted Duck Breast, Sous-Vide Colorado Chicken, Cumin Encrusted Lamb Loin, Lemon Sole, Grilled Swordfish, and Parma Ham Wrapped Poussin. For our spa guests we offer a lighter side menu featuring California Green Salad topped with Grilled Pacific Swordfish, Saute of Broccoli Rab and Shitaki Mushrooms, Rosemary Grilled Shrimp and Asparagus, and Grilled Scallops with Baby Greens and Citrus Vinaigrette. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
